Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a good size eating area equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator, but unfortunately, they were still dirty. The location was convenient for passing through with things to do and enjoy, but being near a smoking area made it less enjoyable due to the smell. The service was courteous and generally helpful, but there were some disturbances outside in the hallway that affected the overall experience. The dining options were complicated with delays in service, although the promise of Neapolitan pizza was a redeeming factor.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! The rooms were very nice, quiet, well-appointed, and secure, offering a great view. The service was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Tacoma Dome and downtown Tacoma's charming attractions. However, the dining options were limited and overpriced, which was a downside for me.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were very nice, spacious, comfortable, and homey, perfect for our guest. The service was friendly and helpful, although the parking situation was a bit awkward. The location was great, especially for visiting Tacoma's museums and waterfront. The dining experience could be improved, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were tiny but nice enough, and it was quiet at night despite being close to the highways. The service was pleasant overall, although there were some issues with parking assistance. The location was convenient and central to Tacoma, but there were some awkward aspects. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss. Facilities were decent, but there were some shortcomings in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was quite lovely overall. The rooms were really nice and exceptionally comfortable for our guest. However, the double glazing could do with improvements to reduce outside noise. The service was a bit slow and not very friendly initially, but I ended up receiving excellent service from the staff. The location, though awkward at first, turned out to be very pleasant with convenient access to the Tacoma Dome and the Convention Center. The dining options were a bit limited and the breakfast was denied to us, but the coffee at Starbucks was good. The hotel facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is conveniently located near Mount Rainier, offering clean and nice rooms, although slightly noisy. The staff is friendly and helpful, though could benefit from further training. The location provides easy access to Tacoma Art Museum and local attractions. The dining options are limited to Starbucks. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
