My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a good size eating area equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator, but unfortunately, they were still dirty. The location was convenient for passing through with things to do and enjoy, but being near a smoking area made it less enjoyable due to the smell. The service was courteous and generally helpful, but there were some disturbances outside in the hallway that affected the overall experience. The dining options were complicated with delays in service, although the promise of Neapolitan pizza was a redeeming factor.

My stay at the hotel was quite lovely overall. The rooms were really nice and exceptionally comfortable for our guest. However, the double glazing could do with improvements to reduce outside noise. The service was a bit slow and not very friendly initially, but I ended up receiving excellent service from the staff. The location, though awkward at first, turned out to be very pleasant with convenient access to the Tacoma Dome and the Convention Center. The dining options were a bit limited and the breakfast was denied to us, but the coffee at Starbucks was good. The hotel facilities were decent overall.
